ECONOMIA:
Un estado que acostumbra a sus ciudadanos y a las empresas,
a vivir de subsidios y dádivas, crea una cultura del facilismo y es
contraria al espíritu del trabajo, fomenta la falta de competitividad
y de la innovación en las empresas.
Las experiencias que se están dando en los estados europeos,
indican que el estado de bienestar no es sustentable en el tiempo.
Ningun estado estado puede mantener un sistema prebendario.
La Justicia Social no es mantener ciudadanos jovenes, sanos y
fuertes para trabajar con dádivas irrisorias.
La Justicia Social, es crear las condiciones y oportunidades para
que todos puedan acceder a la riqueza con su propio esfuerzo.
El estado tiene que fomentar la creación de fuentes de trabajo en
las que los ciudadanos ganen sueldos dignos; donde las empresas
compitan y asuman riesgos; fundar escuelas para educar al pueblo;
fomentar planes de viviendas; asistir para preservar la salud del
pueblo, y cumplir sus funciones de seguridad y defensa.
Que el ciudadano haga lo que quiera con lo que gane con
SU PROPIO ESFUERZO.
QUE NO VIVA DE LA CARIDAD DEL ESTADO.
JUSTICIA:
La justicia se representa con una mujer con una venda
sobre los ojos, en una mano sostiene una balanza y en
la otra una espada.
La venda simboliza la igualdad con que debe juzgar, la
imparcialidad, es decir, debe juzgar al que cometa un
delito: sea un "ladrón de gallinas", sea un delincuente
de " cuello blanco", o a un "funcionario corrupto".
A TODOS LOS DELINCUENTES POR IGUAL.
LAS PROVINCIAS:
Es hora de que los ciudadanos de las provincias asuman su
responsabilidad y recuperen la autonomía provincial.
Las provincias deben desarrollarse y salir del estancamiento
en que se encuentran.
Tienen recursos naturales y humanos para hacerlo.
Según el Art.128 de la Constitución Nacional , los
gobernadores son "agentes naturales " del gobierno
nacional, no sus vasallos.
LAS PROVINCIAS NO DEBEN SER FEUDOS,
DONDE UN GOBIERNO SE ETERNICE EN EL
PODER
EL ESTADO:
" EL ESTADO NO ES UN DIOS. LOS FUNCIONARIOS
QUE LO INTEGRAN TAMPOCO."
¿ QUE ES el Estado o QUIEN ES el Estado ?
Las definiciones clasicas de Estado:
"Régimen que adopta una nación mediante una centralización
jurídica y política que se realiza por la acción de un poder
político o de la idea de las res publica como conjunto de
medios que se ponen en común para realizar el bien comun"
(HAURIOU)
"Estructura de dominio duraderamente renovada a través de
un obrar común actualizado representativamente , que ordena
en última instancia los actos sociales sobre un determinado
territorio"(HELLER)
"Totalidad de un orden jurídico en cuanto constituye un sistema
que descansa en una norma hipotética fundamental "(KELSEN)
"Corporación territorial dotada de un poder de mando originario"
(JELLINEK)
En definitiva , la organización jurídica y política de una nación, el
Estado ,es una ficción, como lo es el poder.
La base del Estado, en cambio, es una realidad: el pueblo,
que se define como el grupo humano sobre el que se basa o se
organiza el Estado.
Entonces, ¿ por qué los ciudadanos, el pueblo, tienen que
soportar a funcionarios ineptos, corruptos, que escondiéndose
tras la figura del Estado se hacen anónimos para:
-dejar de pagar las jubilaciones que corresponden.
- eternizar los juicios por burocracia, que no es otra cosa que
el tiempo que se les ocurre.
-Malversar caudales de los impuestos recaudados a los
ciudadanos.
-Mentirle en la cara a sus propios ciudadanos acerca de datos
estadísticos y ocultar información que debería ser totalmente
pública y accesible al control del pueblo.
-Mentirle en la cara a sus propios ciudadanos, al no cumplir
las propuestas de campaña con la que llegaron a ocupar un
cargo.
-Hacer pagar a los propios ciudadanos los costos de las graves
crisis económicas y no a sus verdaderos responsables.
-Reprimirlo violentamente cuando reclama lícitamente sus
derechos como ciudadano.
_No cumplir los cláusulas de la Constitución Nacional, y por
el contrario, reformarla para satisfacer sus propias ambiciones.
ES HORA DE QUE LOS CIUDADANOS SE DEN CUENTA
QUE EL PODER RESIDE EN EL PUEBLO, NO EN LOS
FUNCIONARIOS QUE FUERON DESIGNADOS PARA
ESTAR AL SERVICIO DE LOS CIUDADANOS A
QUIENES REPRESENTAN.
ES HORA DE QUE LOS FUNCIONARIOS SE DEN CUENTA
QUE ELLOS SE OFRECIERON VOLUNTARIAMENTE PARA
OCUPAR UN CARGO PUBLICO, NADIE LOS OBLIGO,
Y QUE ASUMIERON PARA PONERSE AL SERVICIO DEL
PUEBLO Y NO PARA SATISFACER SUS PROPIOS
INTERESES O ENRIQUECERSE ILICITAMENTE.
ES HORA QUE LOS FUNCIONARIOS SE DEN CUENTA
QUE LA ADMINISTRACION PUBLICA ES ESO:
ADMINISTRAR Y GESTIONAR LOS BIENES Y RECURSOS

QUE UN GOBIERNO NO TIENE NADA QUE OCULTAR A

¿ QUE ES UN SECRETO DE ESTADO ?
¿DECIRLE AL PUEBLO QUE ESTAMOS GANANDO UNA
GUERRA, CUANDO EN REALIDAD LA ESTAMOS
PERDIENDO Y EL QUE PONE EL PECHO A LAS BALAS
ES EL CIUDADANO, MIENTRAS EL GOBERNANTE ESTA
SENTADO EN UN MULLIDO SILLON ?
¿O TAL VEZ DECIRLE QUE EXPLOTÓ ACCIDENTALMENTE
UNA FÁBRICA DE ARMAS, CON SUS OPERARIOS ADENTRO,
PARA JUSTIFICAR LA VENTA ILEGAL DE ARMAS ?
¿O ACASO DECIRLE QUE HUBO MUERTOS EN
COMBATE PERO NO SE CONOCE DONDE ESTÁN SUS
TUMBAS NI CUALES SON SUS NOMBRES ?
¿O ACASO ES DECIRLE QUE EL PAIS CRECE Y SE
DESARROLLA CUANDO LA MITAD DE LOS

El ser humano nació para ser libre.Los pueblos aman la libertad
y no quieren vivir oprimidos. No quieren dictaduras políticas,
ni económicas ni culturales. Las rebeliones que comenzaron en
el Magreb , continúan en Europa, y seguirán expandiendose,
EN TANTO LOS GOBIERNOS NO ENTIENDAN QUE
ESTAN AL SERVICIO DE LOS CIUDADANOS Y NO
LOS CIUDADANOS AL SERVICIO DE LOS GOBIERNOS.
"Escuchad, pues , reyes, y entended;
aprended los que regís los confines de la tierra.
Prestad oido los que domináis a las masas,
los que presumís de la multitud de vuestras gentes.
Porque Dios os ha dado el poder
y el altísimo la soberanía.
El juzgará vuestras obras
y escudriñará vuestros designios.
Porque, ministros de su reino,
no juzgásteis rectamente , no respetasteis la ley,
ni actuasteis segun la voluntad de Dios.

ECONOMIA
La estupidez humana no tiene límites: no superamos totalmente
una crisis, y ya se esta gestando la próxima: esta vez las
inversiones estan creando una burbuja con las "redes sociales".
ENTONCES, LA PRÓXIMA CRISIS NO SERÁ UN
"CISNE NEGRO", SINO SENCILLAMENTE: ESTUPIDEZ.
Los " mercados de capitales" NO deben fijar el ritmo del mundo.
Los "mercados de capitales" tienen que ser regulados y deben
estar subordinados a la política y no al revés, porque de lo
contrario, viviremos de crisis en crisis.
ECOLOGIA
La estupidez humana no tiene límites II: Los conocimientos
científicos permitieron al hombre alcanzar logros muy importantes
y progreso material.
El progreso alcanzado tuvo y tiene consecuencias sobre los
cambios climáticos y ecológicos, que degradan la calidad del
medio ambiente.
Los científicos anticiparon sobre sus consecuencias, y aportan
posibles soluciones para reducir esos efectos negativos.
Los gobernantes, representantes de los pueblos deberían tomar
decisiones aprobando las medidas propuestas, sin embargo no
lo hacen.
Paradójicamente, son los ciudadanos, los representados, los
que tomaron la iniciativa en este sentido.
GUERRA
La estupidez humana no tiene limites III: Las guerras
convencionales con armas , muertos , heridos , miseria y traumas,
ya no son suficientes:
¡ La guerra será llevada ahora al mundo virtual !
Cuando podría ser el único lugar donde se podría estimular la
convivencia pacífica y promover las relaciones humanas, el mundo
virtual ya esta previsto como campo de batalla.
Los ejércitos de las potencias se entrenan para la " guerra virtual",
donde las consecuencias y daños podrían multiplicarse, porque
gran parte de los servicios que se brinda a la gente dpenden de
sistemas informáticos, y ni pensar en las consecuencias económicas.
"Hablando de todo esto, llego al peor engendro de la humanidad:
el militarismo, que me es tan odioso. El que se siente en condiciones
de marchar con placer, en fila, codo con codo, al son de la música
marcial, ha recibido un cerebro grande solo por equivocación, puesto
que le hubiera bastado con tener únicamente la médula espinal.
Este oprobio, la mancha que gravita sobre la civilización, ha de ser
borrada para que desaparezca tan pronto como sea posible.
El heroísmo a la voz de mando, la violencia irracional y el vano
patrioterismo, ¡ con cuanto ardor, con que intensidad los odio !
¡Que excecrable me parece la guerra ! ¡Me dejaría cortar en
pedazos antes que participar en hechos tan abominables !
Tengo una opinión tan elevada de la humanidad, que creo que
ese fantasma hubiera desaparecido hace mucho si el sano criterio
de los pueblos no se corrompiera sistemáticamente , por los
intereses comerciales y políticos, por medio de las escuelas

Human stupidity knows no limits : not fully overcome
